How would you describe the space?

Avenue D is an industrial space characterized by old-time luxury with both an indoor and outdoor space. Our event space can easily accommodate any vision you have for your event.

Do you offer any other services?

Yes! We offer an A/V Package, Wedding Day-of Coordination, DJ services and more.

Do you have kitchen facilities?

Yes! We have a prep kitchen that has both cold and warm storage, a sink, and prep tables.

What’s your capacity?

Our indoor capacity is 200 for a cocktail-style event. A "cocktail-style" event typically refers to a social gathering or party where guests mingle and socialize while enjoying a variety of drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Unlike a formal sit-down dinner, where guests are seated at tables for a multi-course meal, a cocktail-style event encourages a more casual atmosphere with guests standing or moving around the venue.

How much does it cost to book your space?

We offer several packages and a la carte services to fit any budget. You can see details here for weddings and on this page for other event types.


Do you have a preferred vendor list?

We have an open vendor policy! You can use whomever you like. We do have a list of vendors we recommend that we are happy to share with you.

Can I book your space for a photoshoot?

Absolutely! We welcome photographers at Avenue D. Our space can easily flex to whatever your needs may be.

What is your alcohol policy?

We do allow alcohol to be served at Avenue D. We require an insured bartender to serve alcohol. Please reach out for more details.
